Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib's family was killed but luckily Sheikh Hasina and her younger sister Rehena survived as they were abroad. Cuban President Fidel Castro said I have not seen the Himalayas but I have seen Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib as high as the Himalayas. Sheikh Hasina has vowed to fulfill her father's unfinished business by becoming a rallying cry fueled by Mujib's ideals.
Whereas Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib freed Bangladesh from the shackles of subjugation by facing the difficult challenge from far and wide and his privileged daughter Sheikh Hasina took up the responsibility of completing Bangabandhu's unfinished works. Using Bangabandhu's ideology of a golden dream and victory, Sheikh Hasina has achieved an unprecedented development in Bangladesh. Sheikh Hasina has greatly improved the communication and infrastructure of Bangladesh.
